Depending on your payment method, the refunds usually take between 3-10 business days to process after the return has been received at our warehouse.

As we are confident in the quality of our products all Alton of Sweden products come with our Warranty (under the section Warranty and Reclamation).

The standard warranty is valid for 2 years, and if you register your bracelet with your email and order number it is extended to 5 years, which is all free.

Yes, our prices always include all taxes and duties. This means that you won't receive any additional costs after your purchase.

All products have the specific sizing explained on their product page. We always recommend measuring your wrist before purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

To adjust the size you can easily use the extra string and beads included. We have made a quick video guide that you can follow to get a perfect fit.

All bracelets except for Black Calfskin are fully waterproof so the water itself isn't any problem. 

We do however recommend taking it off to make it last longer, as things such as shower gel, shampoo, salt water can impact the colour or shine over time.

The Black Calfskin bracelet is best cleaned with a wet cloth, if needed you can also use a bit of neutral soap on the cloth.

All other bracelets can be washed in neutral tap water and soap if needed. This is recommended to do if you would wear your bracelet in saltwater.
