Conditions for returns and exchanges

You may exchange or return your product purchased directly from our website within 30 days after receiving the product. Orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 21 can be returned until Jan 20.

When exchanging items, both return and exchange shipping is free of charge. Returns (without exchange) are subject to a fee of 5 EUR. (Free for orders placed on or before Oct 30 2024.)

The product must meet the following requirements:

1. The product should be in the same new condition as when received.
2. The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels.
